There are no installment payment or automatic deduction payment methods, nor will we ask you to operate an ATM to cancel incorrect settings. We ask all members to remain highly vigilant and avoid being deceived.
I. The "Three Do's" Principles
1.Stay Calm
No matter what kind of phone notification you receive, such as threats to parents claiming to kidnap children, falsely claiming relatives are injured and in urgent need of money, or that your financial card has been compromised, stay calm first.
2. Verify
No matter how urgent or serious the situation described by the other party is, verify with relatives or friends first, or dial 104/105 to check the correct phone number, or dial the 165 anti-fraud hotline for verification.
3. Report to the Police
Do not be afraid or panic; call 110 or dial 165 to report to the police first, request police assistance, and cooperate with the police to ensure safety.
II. The "Three Don'ts" Principles
1. Do Not Operate ATMs
ATMs do not have functions to cancel settings, such as refunds or canceling installments; please be careful.DengYi will not arbitrarily change paid orders and will not ask you to operate an ATM according to instructions.If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact customer service staff！
2. Do Not Disclose Personal Account or Credit Card Information
Do not disclose your bank account number, ID number, or other personal data over the "phone."DengYi will not ask you to provide credit card or personal account information over the phone to cancel or modify order payment settings.
3. Do Not Call Back Unfamiliar Numbers; Verify Carefully
Do not use the "phone number" provided by the other party for verification; if you encounter a suspicious call, please dial the 165 anti-fraud hotline or contact DengYi customer service.
