🌱 Membership Tiers and Upgrades

Filament ➜ Faint Light Member ➜ Starlight Member ➜ Sunlight Member ➜ Aurora Member

Upon joining, you automatically become a "Filament" , and this membership tier is valid for life unless deleted.

 

Other tiers are each valid for a period of one year. If your single transaction or accumulated spending within one year reaches the threshold for a tier, you can maintain or upgrade to that tier. The validity period will be recalculated after the tier change. (Renewal is calculated annually; once the renewal amount is reached, the membership is extended to the next year, and the renewal amount calculation resets in the following year.)

Example:If a Sunlight Member accumulates spending of NT$10,000 within the validity period, their Sunlight Member status will be extended for another year; if the accumulated spending reaches NT$25,000, they will be upgraded to an Aurora Member.

 

The system will automatically update your membership status and calculate eligibility for upgrades and renewals. Spending from different accounts cannot be combined. (If you are unsure whether you have registered, you can message the Deng Yi customer service team for an inquiry.)

 

The day of your membership upgrade is the effective date of the new benefits, allowing you to enjoy the new discounts starting from your next order.

 

※ Your membership status is synchronized across both the online store and Deng Yi physical locations, where you can accumulate spending and use Shopping Credits.

🌱 Membership Downgrade Explanation

If the upgrade or renewal requirements are not met within the membership period, the membership tier will be downgraded upon its expiration date.

 

If there is no spending whatsoever during the membership period, the tier will be adjusted to the Filament Member level. A member will then need to meet the full spending threshold again to enjoy the benefits of different membership tiers.
