1.Once the merchandise arrives at the designated convenience store branch, you will be notified via SMS. Please ensure your mobile phone information is correct when shopping.

 

2.If you wish to use pickup only (without payment upon pickup), the recipient must fill in the name exactly as it appears on their ID card.

 

3.Due to size and weight restrictions for convenience store pickup, if the quantity purchased is too large or the volume is excessive, customer service will cancel the order and call you to advise placing separate orders.

 

4.If convenience store pickup is used but the order is not claimed 3 times, the system will blacklist the account and cancel the eligibility for convenience store pickup and payment services.

4.Delivery service covers Taiwan's main island, Penghu, Kinmen (Greater Kinmen and Lesser Kinmen), Little Liuqiu, Matsu, and Green Island.

 

*Non-service areas include Yilan County (Diaoyutai Islands), Kaohsiung City (Dongsha Islands, Nansha Islands), Penghu County (Magong—Hujing Island, Tongpan Island; Wang'an; Qimei; Baisha—Dacang Islet, Yuanbei Islet, Niaoyu, Gibei Islet), Kinmen County (Lesser Kinmen—Dadan Island, Erdan Island; Wuqiu—all), and Taitung County (Lanyu—all).

1.Shipping days are Monday to Friday. If your order time exceeds the cut-off time for the current day, it will be treated as an order for the next business day.

 

2.To prevent the package from being returned, please pick up your package within 7 days of receiving the convenience store arrival notification SMS. Do not fail to pick up without reason, as any resulting shipping loss will be borne by the customer.

 

3.Shipments may be delayed if there is a high volume of orders during holidays or if there are factors due to force majeure.

 

4.If you find any product issues upon receiving your package, please contact customer service within 7 days.
